This estimate is intended to assess his adult IQ - not his current one. Given his cognitive decline, I’d guess his full scale IQ is about 100-110, assuming his accumulated knowledge does the heavy lifting.

This gives him an estimate of 121 with a standard error of 12. This estimate is very generous - I don’t even consider the fact that he has been a mediocre student and doesn’t have the exactly the best job performance.
